CORINTHIANS DEMOCRACY AND UNIONISM: THE NARRATIVE OF THE INTEGRATION BETWEEN THE “CORINTHIANS’ MOVEMENT” AND THE FOOTBALL PLAYERS UNION.

The aim of this paper is to reconstruct the narrative of the integration between the football players from Corinthians Democracy and the Professional Athletes Union, in order to explain how the movement influenced union activity in this category. From a historical survey from reports in the Folha de São Paulo newspaper and in Placar Magazine, and a semistructured interview with Wladimir, we reconstituted the narrative of this integration and discussed the union activity of these political agents. Thus, the participation of players in the union expand the demands of that experience for the whole class and enabled the creation of new claims, created in a relatively more autonomous the context.
