        Abstract

        Abstract: The risk factor’s logic which prevails in
        the epidemiologic investigations from the health field
        has been reproduced in the Physical Education,
        specially in a trend hegemonic denominated Physical
        Activity related to Health. This work aims to present
        and to discuss the main historical landmarks and to
        detach effects from this paradigm in this knowledge
        field. In the end, a form of appropriation of the Critical
        Epidemiology will be presented with illustrations of
        overcoming attempt developed with workers from
        the banking sector.
