Parental relationships in indoor soccer: the case of the Paulista Futebol Clube indoor soccer

This research has the aim of analyzing the participation and the practices of intervention of parents along with the indoor Soccer “futsal” schools. In order to do the study is has been used the method of “Observant Participation”, and some principles from oral history. The empirical focus of the study was the beginner team (ages 8 and 9) of the Paulista Futebol Clube. Nevertheless the disproportionate interference of the parents in the coach duty we have come to the conclusion that it possesses certain positive points in the children’s education, being the coaches responsible for the challenge of learning how to deal with it.Downloads
