Physical Education is a professional category that has gained more space in emerging fields related to Health, Recreation, Fitness seeking to legitimize as an organized profession. However, it isn’t clear what are such mechanisms and strategies for maintaining professionalism achieved by the occupation. Given this context, we intend to discuss the legal joints performed by CONFEF and economic conditions experienced by professionals in the labor market in disputes of professional’s jurisdictions.
