This study investigates the technical, political and epistemological aspects related to the emergence and development of the Network Cedes in Brazil, based on documents, publications and interviews with managers involved in the Network. The analysis led us, ultimately, to advance the understanding of the logical operation of two distinct social spaces in the beginning - to the political / bureaucratic and scientific / academic - who now relate on the basis of one share of the Brazilian federal government.Downloads
