By revisiting the rational and pragmatic vision that is still prevalent in the social sciences, this paper proposes an epistemological discussion over the study of soccer as a scientific object. In short, it’s a proposal to grasp the feelings of affectivity and passion, as a way to understand football beyond the rational and the pragmatic.Downloads
