This paper discusses the theoretical and methodological aspects that guide research conducted in the city of Santa Maria, with the aim of examining how happens in space and time in school, pedagogical work of teachers of basic education, especially graduate in Physical Education and Pedagogy. Describes the clippings thematic and theoretical aspects, in line, the methodological elements chosen for the project, streamlining the initial phase of research, at the same time that happen production data in school. As a result of these methodological choices, objective is to further discuss the pedagogical work as pedagogical praxis.
