The purpose of this study was to understand the attitudes and values promoted by Physical Education in High School students, based on key concepts like values, attitudes and Physical Education. It is a qualitative study conducted through a case study at a secondary education institution in Madrid, Spain. It allowed understanding students’ perceptions, emotions, experiences and opinions about the values and attitudes fostered by Physical Education. Data were obtained using observation and a focus group. Companionship and cooperation were found as the most important values for students in the practice. Likewise, results show students’ attitudes and values about themselves and the Physical Education classes.Downloads
