This paper deals with the General Law of the World Cup which is being processed in Congress since September 2011, under the symbol PL 2330/ 2011 written by the executive branch. In such an analysis is made on the General Law of the World Cup and the construction of the legislation on prevention of violence and in sporting events, more detail on the controversial link between alcohol and violence.
