PUBLIC POLICIES FOR SPORT IN MERCOSUR: ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT AND CITIZENSHIP

This study discusses sports management in Mercosur member-countries through electronic government (e-Gov). Document research was conducted in the sport e-gov systems of the ten member-countries. Data analysis was based on sports dimensions that guide State actions and e-Gov according to their levels of information, communication, service and participation. The results indicated that several interests lead the State to intervene in sports, information is placed at different levels of quality and quantity in each country. and democratic control is still limited.
