Explorando las disposiciones éticas de los futuros profesores de Educación Física durante el Practicum

Resumen

Los códigos éticos son componentes esenciales de una educación de alta calidad, ya que garantizan valores universales mutuos. La transición de roles que se experimenta durante el Practicum conlleva nociones paradójicas entre las imágenes preestablecidas de la enseñanza y la realidad vivida. El objetivo de este estudio fue explorar las disposiciones éticas de los futuros profesores al final del Practicum. Analizamos 74 informes de las prácticas, escritos por estudiantes en formación para la docencia, de un máster en enseñanza de educación física de una universidad pública portuguesa. Seguimos una metodología cualitativa y realizamos un análisis de contenido temático. Los resultados revelaron que las disposiciones éticas de los participantes se reflejaron, sobre todo, en su participación en el desarrollo profesional, la construcción de relaciones efectivas, la conducta personal, el compromiso con el aprendizaje del alumnado, el trabajo en equipo, el compromiso con el propio aprendizaje, el conocimiento del contenido pedagógico, la iniciativa y la responsabilidad, la capacidad de innovación y el análisis crítico y reflexivo...
