Explorando as disposições éticas dos futuros professores de Educação Física durante o estágio pedagógico

Os códigos de ética são componentes essenciais de uma educação de elevada qualidade, considerando que garantem valores universais mútuos. A transição de papéis vivenciada durante o estágio pedagógico transporta noções paradoxais entre imagens pré-estabelecidas da docência e a realidade vivenciada. O objetivo deste estudo foi explorar as disposições éticas de futuros professores no fim do estágio pedagógico. Foram analisados 74 relatórios de estágio, elaborados por estudantes estagiários de um Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física de uma universidade pública portuguesa. Seguimos uma metodologia qualitativa e realizámos análise temática de conteúdo. Os resultados revelam que as disposições éticas dos participantes se focaram, sobretudo, no respetivo desenvolvimento profissional, na construção de relações eficazes, na conduta pessoal, no compromisso com a aprendizagem dos alunos, no trabalho em equipa, no compromisso com a própria aprendizagem, no conhecimento do conteúdo pedagógico, na capacidade de iniciativa e responsabilidade, na capacidade de inovação e na análise crítica e reflexiva. Estes resultados sugerem que a formação ética deve ser melhorada ao longo da formação inicial para a docência.
