Abstract

Just by functioning, it expands a technical knowledge, a behavioral engineering, and a childhood orthopedics. An indécidable milieu, including-exclusion, this is the distinctive apparatus ofthe Westem infant's the-life-thedeath. The Circle conciliates the old infanticide and exposure with the modem gathering and creation to enhance the moral judgment and the effectiveness of the juvenile body, withdrawn in our "Educational Circles".
