Emergência do sentido na canção midiática: uma proposta metodológica
Keywords:
Media songs. Methodology. Meaning.Abstract
The article’s main goal is to present a methodology of analysis for media songs through the articulation of cultural studies and semiotics. Its hypothesis is that the interpretative tools from the semiotics field enable to comprehend the music materiality and that the appropriations from the cultural studies make clear situations of “emergency of meaning” in which the body and context are crucial in the process. The object and frame analysis are produced through the concepts of songs and musical genres.
