Popular music is a communication practice that involves exchange os feelings, thoughts and values among people and social groups. Among the musical genres available in Brazilian musical market, samba appears as a esthetic and symbolic universe quite important of national culture. Through the years, its practice has been considerably increased, involving nowadays a very large set of Brazilian society. This paper aims to discuss how samba-lovers have been using the virtual media to exchange informations and opinions on the sambamusic, specially around the site called Agenda do Samba & Choro, one of the most important source of samba information in the internet.Downloads
