A precarização do trabalho educacional na prefeitura de Belo Horizonte: desafios para a ação sindical

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as políticas de precarização das condições de trabalho e das relações trabalhistas dos/as profissionais da Rede Municipal de Educação de Belo Horizonte (RMEBH). Pontuamos dois aspectos. O primeiro compreende as políticas educacionais realizadas na Rede Municipal de Educação de Belo Horizonte nas últimas décadas, a partir das lutas em defesa da escola pública e das ações dos agentes governamentais. O segundo envolve as repercussões dessas políticas na valorização profissional implementadas pelo governo local. Ao final, apresentamos um conjunto de questões acerca dos desafios apresentados pela política educacional com o objetivo de efetivar a valorização dos/as profissionais da educaçãoDownloads
