Multiculturalism in the United States of America and the university entrance policie

Abstract

The growing presence of minorities until recently excluded from the most selective universities has caused a great debate. The analysis of this debate is put into the context of racial relations, affirmative action policies, multiculturalism and changes in the construction of national identity in the United States.
