Over the past decades, the State Department of Education of Minas Gerais has established public-private partnerships across all levels and modalities of education within the state education system. This article aims to analyze the Trilhas de Futuro Program within the scope of the Regional Superintendency of Education of Pouso Alegre/MG, with a focus on educational policies shaped through public-private partnerships. This is a qualitative research study, grounded in the analysis of legislation, official regulations, and public calls for proposals. The study concludes that the Trilhas de Futuro Program represents an educational policy that follows a clear path toward privatization, characterized by the transfer of public funds to private entities.
