O projeto de pesquisa-intervenção “ArteUrbe: oficinas estéticas com jovens da/na cidade” objetiva investigar as relações que jovens estabelecem com a urbe e possibilidades de sua modificação via oficinas estéticas. Intervenções artísticas na cidade mediadas por linguagens da arte urbana como o graffiti, o estêncil e o lambe-lambe são problematizadas, sendo investido tanto na fruição como na experimentação das mesmas. Algumas características do processo de produção dessas inscrições e seus efeitos para seus artífices são apresentadas neste artigo, sendo foco das discussões as possibilidades engendradas no encontro dos jovens com variadas tecnologias, sejam avançadas, como as digitais, ou rudimentares, como uma chapa de raio-x transformada em molde para o estêncil.
