Abstract

Trata-se de uma visão das possibilidades de acesso à informação, decorrentes do surgimento das chamadas "bibliotecas sem paredes". Neste e noutros campos como destaca o artigo da autora, as novas tecnologias estão criando os sinais que começam a redefinir o que informação e comunicação virão a ser no terceiro milênio.
