Among the growing number of options in the literature of Bolsonarism, one option stands out: Guerra cultural e retórica do ódio, by João Cezar de Castro Rocha. This review discusses his book, highlighting the complexity of his construction of the phenomenon, bordering on the literary. Starting from Rocha's main hypothesis, which assumes that Bolsonarism transcends and precedes the figure of Jair Bolsonaro, his method of textual ethnography and the elements of what he calls a post-political Brazil are also analyzed.
