Remuneração dos professores no Paraná: uma análise das condições de vencimento inicial na rede estadual de ensino e na rede municipal de ensino de Curitiba

A remuneração dos professores do magistério público tem perpassado as políticas educacionais das últimas décadas, assim como o atrelamento da valorização docente com a remuneração destes profissionais da educação nas legislações. Partindo da Constituição Federal de 1988, que menciona o piso salarial profissional nacional aos profissionais da educação como um dos objetivos à valorização do magistério, temos três políticas educacionais, que fazem referência à remuneração do magistério público: FUNDEF, FUNDEB e PSPN. Este artigo se propõe à análise do cotejamento das políticas nacionais com a estadual do Paraná e a municipal da capital, quanto ao vencimento inicial dos professores do ensino fundamental.
