Ombudsman: the interruption of a speech transversal
Keywords:
Ombudsman. Regulation. Device. Interaction. Ambience. Reader.Abstract
The reflection is about the transformations on the ‘speech regime’ of interaction processes launched at journalism from discursive strategies that structure the work of an ombudsman as an interpretative device. The reference taken is the narrative about the substitution of Folha de São Paulo’s ombudsman, motivated by expansion on the conditions of his “intermediary speech” into “transversal speech”, and characterized by the transition of the readers to a new modality of interaction and criticism, next to the environment of journalistic production.Downloads
