As well as, it must offer in the first moment difficulties to the majority of the population if it doesn’t present a high level of usage, which is an elementary concept in interactive digital TV and which can reduce the population adaptation time to this new language being settled. Resulting from the convergence among television, computers and telecommunications, the interactive TV must promote the digital inclusion connecting the viewer to the cyberspace.
