This article looks after the issue of the technique and its ambiguity in the western imaginary. If by the one hand the technique is the vector of the human emancipation and its supposed dominance upon the nature; by the other hand it motivates the idea of alienation of the subject before the machine. From this bias, the text exposes a critical view of this “machinic” model inserted in the modernity projects, considering the modernistic idea itself being this ambiguous relationship between subject and object.Downloads
