Between virtual and real: Reflections about ICT on relationship work

In this article we intend to reflect on possible interrelationships between information and communication technologies (ICT) and the relationship of contemporary work. Our interest is especially on prescriptions generated from the organization and management of work in the context socio-technical. In this scenario, the activities of communication and work are considered interdependent and are apparent from the concrete action of man in the process of articulation of ICT.Downloads
