Entre a Problematização da Ética e a Ética da Problematização

Converter a ética em tema de reflexão significa um desafio histórico e recorrente da filosofia. O campo da pesquisa não foge ao crivo da problematização ética, embora pouco avance além do termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido para a submissão do projeto ao comitê de ética em pesquisa. Resulta disso a tendência em enquadrar a ética como disciplina de metodologia científica. Em contraponto, aqui se propõe substituir a problematização da ética em pesquisa pela ética da problematização em pesquisa. Trata-se não só de assumir a obrigação de prever implicações éticas a cada fase da pesquisa, mas também de projetar medidas éticas aplicáveis desde o projeto até a publicação dos resultados. A título de exemplo, investe-se na exumação de pesquisa já conclusa, visando apurar eventuais falhas ou deslizes éticos com base na ética da problematização. Segue-se a configuração de novo estudo sob o mesmo referencial.Downloads
