University Radio Stations. Public Radio Stations. Academic Extension.Abstract
This is a reflection about the function, the good achievements and the situation of university radio stations owned by Brazilian federal universities, that we usually call public university radio stations. It points out to the fact that among the 52 Universities, Foundations and Federal Colleges, there are 18 AM or FM radio broadcastings, one of the universities has two of them, totaling 19 public university radio stations. The paper considers the decisive role of those radio stations for the building up of a new public university.Downloads
