Wolves and sheep: crossed between criminal knowledge, elimination of other and human dignity

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to question the applicability of the criminal reprimand that has the sole purpose of social control and pacification, or has as background the blockade of another, or offender, public living pact. My hypothesis is that the evolution of class society, fixes penalty mechanisms that have intelligence privileges or median wealth andexcludes vulnerable beings that do not conform to positive norms, are more susceptible to criminal prosecution and sanctions. A brief digression will also be made into the historical roots of the applicability of punishment in order to demonstrate the ambivalence of humanity over the centuries, in two necessarily excluding poles, one dominant and the other dominated, in an almost permanent tension for the maintenance of power and for survival.
