The idea of communicative circuit is associated, currently, to the mediated communication and to the complexity of this process. Our goal is to verify how the circuit dynamics contribute to generate networks and the development of citizenship in cyberspace. In weblogs the construction of narratives operates the three moments of circuit dynamics (production, diffusion, usage/information acceptance). Therefore, in dialogical relation between subjectivity and objectivity, the narratives are sense plots, responsible for the exchange of meanings and for citizens' mobilization in cyberspace. This citizenship is related to the symbolical resources that the individuals need to coordinate their actions in a world full of incertainty.Downloads
