This article analyses the media discourses about Dias Gomes' death of four newspapers of Rio de Janeiro (Extra, Jornal do Brasil, O Dia e O Globo). Beside the opportunity to study the different “modes of enunciation” of each media on reconstruction this event and the life history of that intellectual, it is a chance to reevaluate the biographical practice on the mediatized society.Downloads
