This article discusses the possibility of upgrading the communication contract established in news media in the context of convergence journalism. It starts with an initial reflection on the issue, focusing on the changes caused by one of the dimensions of this process: the multiplatform distribution. It is considered as a potential influence on the transformation of journalistic devices.
