This paper´s objective is to map out in Vida Simples magazine, published by Editora Abril, the construction of meanings about sustainability, using the french discourse analysis as theoretical and methodological contribution. We located two areas of actions and attitudes shown to have a simpler life and sustainable development: through individual conscience and through the collective consciousness. We move to the exteriority of discourse in order to understand the ideological formations that eventually determine the discursive formations identified.Downloads
