Abstract

This article aims at showing that the history of the education process is distinguished by the development of technical mediation which allowed its communication and diffusion. Within this theory we can see the presence of euphoric or regretful feelings in relation to those mediations – something that reinforces the characterization of technique as a fetish. It is exactly this historical and philosophical recuperation of this process that makes possible to understand the technique as a product of human work and, because of that, could and should be used to build up the educational process.
