Abstract

This paper is about long term relationship with customers as a strategy to stand out in an extremely competitive market. It is a qualitative research and its object of study is Quatrum English Schools in the Southern section of Porto Alegre. The study focuses communicacion, satisfaction, positive emotional elements, confidence and commitment as the foundations of lasting relationships.
