Keywords:
Memory. Web. Inclusion. Community. Intellectual technologies.Abstract
This article intends to show the theoretical and methodological ways, as well as the results of research developed during the Master’s Graduate Program in Information Science at the Federal University of Paraíba, to intervene in the process of informational exclusion experienced by the Santa Clara Community (CSC), in João Pessoa, Paraiba. The intervention was aimed to record, organize and disseminate the memory of “information sources” (research subjects) consisting of persons from the Community on the Web. For this, we implemented an action of information to create the virtual interface “Blog da Comunidade Santa Clara” aimed at disseminating the treasure of knowledge of those depositors of social memory and knowledge of Santa Clara. The inclusion of these knowledge in cyberspace, as well as empowerment of the community in intellectual competence to use digital technology of communication of information, can promote the recovery of cultural identity of residents of the CSC and citizenship.Downloads
