Ethics from side to side: news sources and journalists face to face

This article confronts the ethics of news sources with deontology of journalists. The protagonists are placed face to face to ascertain the responsibilities, conflicts, rights, mistakes and even promiscuity. Besides the dialogue between authors, it is checked how this relationship is treated in the ethics policy and writing guidelines of the main Brazilian newspapers – Folha de S. Paulo, O Estado de S. Paulo, O Globo and Zero Hora.Downloads
