Políticas Públicas de Assistência Social: uma análise a partir das lógicas Neoliberais e Neopentecostais

This text focuses on problematizing the forms of management produced in the field of social assistance policies, by means of an ontological transdisciplinary analysis of the present, the aim of which is to make visible the emergence of the catechization device in the field of social policies, based methodologically on a post-structuralist stance. In an interdisciplinary analytical journey between public social assistance policies, politics, economics, religion and psychology, it was possible to stress the discourse through which the catechization device is engendered, which sneaks up on micro-political and rhizomatic practices that make up daily life and certain modes of subjectivation. Finally, it was possible to consider that there is a political project, produced by neoliberalism in articulation with the neo-Pentecostal principles present in the field of social policies, whose purpose is not to ensure access to the right, at least not the right of the population that is in a situation of vulnerability and that, in some way, another form of subjectivity has been produced other than the subject of law.
