Abstract

The rise of the societies of control brought a new assembly that has reformulated the social formations. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the new configurations of institutions from the intensification of the axiomatic of capital and the emergence of the diagram of control. We conducted a literature review on Deleuze’s work and contemporary thinkers. We differentiate the abstracts and the concretes institutions, to refer to the complex phenomenon of institutions. We discussed the replacement of the code by the axiomatic of capital as the predominant mechanism of social operation. This substitution brought the transition to a new social form: the immaterial institution. At the same time the codes are decoded, they are reterritorialized from the axiomatic of capital.
