Consultores de mercado, sua lógica perversa de gestão e normopatia

Nesse ensaio se discutem as dimensões subjetivas da relação entre consultores e organizações clientes a partir do pressuposto que tais profissionais são contaminados por uma lógica perversa de funcionamento organizacional, o que pode levar ao desenvolvimento de comportamentos de normopatia e, com isso à sua própria dessubjetivação como sujeito emancipado. Normopatia caracteriza personalidades extremamente “normais”, conformadas com as normas de comportamento social e profissional, um perfil que preocupa sobretudo pelo que deixa de sentir. São três as implicações desse processo: no nível macro, a lógica de competição global se apresenta como uma ideologia vazia, já que os países de onde ela emana protegem seus mercados apesar do apelo à competição; no nível meso, as empresas enfraquecem os laços sociais entre os sujeitos para tornar estritamente psicológico qualquer tipo de conflito; no nível micro, aos sujeitos é negada qualquer consciência sobre seu potencial de reação.
