O artigo tem apresenta experiências de um grupo de pesquisa, que ensaia o desenho de outros mapas da problemática da educação pública, afirmando que a mudança se quer coletiva. O plano das discussões é tecido a partir dos desafios em políticas educacionais que forçam a avançar no que toca à pesquisa e a produção de conhecimento. Visa construir processos de investigação na educação em nossas sociedades modernas que priorizam a exploração do plano da experiência como prioridade no pesquisar, que por não se dar de modo imediato, requer aprendizagem. Considera que o trabalho com a pesquisa-intervenção envolve a constituição de uma atenção aberta ao presente e um acompanhamento de experiências em curso. O aspecto processual e temporal da vida que passa nos processos de pesquisa é o que ganha destaque. A pesquisa é tomada como o acesso ao plano das forças, plano instituinte em movimento e transformação.
