O sentido do trabalho para os neosujeitos numa posição gerencial / The meaning of work for neo-subjects in managerial positions

O objetivo deste artigo foi realizar um ensaio teórico sobre as possibilidades de elaboração de uma estética da subjetivação de uma posição gerencial nos neosujeitos, através da topologia lacaniana dos registros: Real, Simbólico e Imaginário vinculados a uma analitica do corpo. A partir da ideia de corpo atravessado pela linguagem, pelas imagens e habitado pelo gozo, percorremos um percurso marcado pelo papel da cultura organizacional, do narcisismo, do reconhecimento e do enfrentamento da contingência para pensarmos o processo de subjetivação articulado a multiplicidade de experiências vivenciadas pelos neosujeitos nestes três registros.

Abstract

The aim of our essay is the theoretical elaboration of the possibility of an aesthetics of subjectivity of neo-subjects in managerial positions through the tripartite Lacanian topology of registers—the Real, the Symbolic and the Imaginary—linked to an analytic of the body. From the idea of the body traversed by language and images and inhabited by pleasure, we follow the path traced by organisational culture, narcissism, recognition and its encounter with contingency. This allows us to think the process of subjectivation articulated through the multiplicity of experience lived by neo-subjects in connection with the three registers.
