The stricto sensu graduate programs correspond to the academic and/or professional master's and doctoral programs, and the state funding, regulation, and control agency - CAPES - is responsible for their evaluation. In recent years, quantitative criteria of academic production have been intensified as parameters for classification. The present text discusses the effects of this evaluative logic on the modes of subjectivation of the teachers of a master's program in Psychology, inspired by cartography and using the field diary as a tool for data production. It is discussed how, despite the productivism and the work overload, the professors report pleasure with the work they do. Moreover, even during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, the work rhythm was maintained, even with an increase in the workload. Thus, it is evident a constant search for investment in oneself, (re)producing a corporate form, which is marked by the competitive fierce business logic.
