Los usos de la teoría de la salutogénesis en la Educación Física

Resumen

La salutogénesis es una teoría de la promoción de la salud que amplía concepciones epistemológicas en el campo de la salud. Mapeamos estudios que abordan esta teoría en el campo de la Educación Física (EF). Seguimos las directrices del modelo PRISMA para las revisiones de alcance. Se consultaron nueve bases de datos y, de 2.745 títulos, se incluyeron 66. El gráfico incluyó características de los estudios, la población, los usos de la salutogénesis y sus relaciones con la EF. Los artículos originales y cuantitativos constituyeron la mayoría. Se observaron diversos contextos y ciclos de vida. El modelo de sentido de coherencia fue mayoritariamente movilizado. El contexto sociocultural se aborda poco. Los datos se resumieron temáticamente y pueden orientar a investigadores y profesores de EF, considerando que la salutogénesis es una teoría fructífera y necesita ser explorada más a fondo en el campo de la EF para superar la hegemonía biomédica.
