Keywords:
Formal power, Informal power, Subjective, Organizational CommunicationAbstract
This work is part of a research Project Marks of the power relations in formal and/or informal organizational communication , initiaded in the Communication Department of the University of Caxias do Sul in 2006. We adopted The Complexity Paradigm, by Edgar Morin, as a manner of pointing out the question, intimately related to the drawing of the communicational processes in the organizational field. In the article, we look to the notion of power, sustaining ouselves in Foucault and Althusser and relating it to the subjective of the organizational actors, for which we fall back upon psychoanalysis, basing ourselves in Freud and Lacan.
