The Process of Regionalization of Mercosur Universities: an exploratory study of supranational and national regulation

Abstract

This article is the result of an exploratory study that analyzed the set of actions related to the regionalization processof the university and mainly the dynamics as they are produced and implemented in thes phere of the transnational regulation (incentive for regionalization of the Mercosul) and national. The study sought to understand the on-going institutional changes and the possibilities of constructing a Latin American social thought. To this end, the authors focused in this article on an analysis of the regional integration policies of educationin the context of the Mercosul and the national dynamics.
