Gestão, neofascistização e saúde mental: um relato de experiência em um CAPS AD da cidade de São Paulo
Abstract
The objective of this article is to analyze the process of neofascistization of management actions within a mental health institution, its implications and how it could be addressed. The analysis will be based on the experience of a mental health worker at a CAPSad in the city of São Paulo, considering the concepts of capitalist crisis, managerialism and neofascism. To this end, we discuss this experience in an essay format, in free association with the author's memories of her experiential practice, identifying the materialization of the process of fascistization of mental health policy at this local level under analysis. At the end, brief considerations were made about the struggle for the improvement of mental health policy within the State leaving a question for social movements - how to fight for collective health that does not conform to this State form?
