Impasses e resistências antimanicomiais de uma experiência cartográfica em um CAPS AD

From the end of the 1980s onwards, the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform achieved the implementation of different equipment that substituted the asylum model, building a perspective of territorial care in the services of the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS). Among anti-asylum equipment, the Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and Other Drugs (CAPS AD) stands out. In view of the recent counter-reform political movement and the discourses and practices that insist on the perpetuation of the prohibitionist and asylum paradigms, the objective of this research is to follow the processes that make up the health care of the person who uses psychoactive substances. This intervention-research is developed from the cartographic ethos, activating the devices of cartographic interviews and researcher's field diary.
