O debate acerca de políticas sobre drogas no Brasil encontra-se majoritariamente centrado em torno das categorias ‘traficante’, ‘usuário’ e ‘morador de favelas’. Para os sujeitos assim identificados são destinadas ações de combate visando a extinção de toda e qualquer forma de contato com as substâncias psicoativas enquadradas como drogas. Este artigo busca fazer uma discussão outra dessas mesmas políticas. Sob inspiração do deslocamento operado por autores afinados com uma perspectiva crítica da Criminologia, faz-se aqui uma reflexão que vai além do modo indivíduo operacionalmente conceituado como sujeito transgressor das normas (penal e não penal) relacionadas às drogas. A partir de uma análise da lei de drogas vigente em nosso país (11.343/06), bem como de ações policiais em favelas que concretizam uma guerra às drogas, é possível afirmar acerca da pregnância de uma lógica dicotômica que parece afinada com a (re)produção de um entendimento moralizante para droga, presente nas encomendas (caracterizadas como demandas) endereçadas à psicologia.Downloads
