Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediations between those who occupy roles of supervisors of Physical Education (PE) in the Department of Education and those who work in schools with PE. The methodology adopted was the qualitative type. To develop the study were collected documents and interviews with teachers who were supervisors in the City Department of Education of Acalifa/RS. The research revealed that each government, the role of the PE teacher as supervisor has different characteristic, that depends of the vision of world, of education, of school, of PE of the occupant of the position of educational policy in the city.
